About this event
Since 2017, WCWM has been compiling a listing of Black women businesses in New Orleans as a way of celebrating New Orleans women as well as connecting people to our Black business directory, the Ujamaa Directory.
We rotate various businesses in and out, prioritizing our WCWM Members and supporters, using recommendations and research to find some of those hidden treasures and top recommended Black women businesses in our city.
This year we are kicking off a brunch event to create an opportunity for people to meet one another and celebrate one another on the last Sunday of March, Women's History Month.
Hosted by Downtown Lesli Brown with sounds by DJ Slumflowr, we sure to have a great time at Beaucoup Eats located at 2323 Canal Street.
