Here is the calculation: ( Only applies to designated Location)
- Total distance required: 10,000 steps / 2,000 steps per mile = 5 miles
- Laps per mile: 3 laps
- Total laps needed: 5 miles * 3 laps per mile = 15 laps
So, be mindful, pick 2 times a day to walk for 1.5 hr or more. Be sure to Track Your Steps!
