About this event
Mind Your Body Oasis is celebrating its 10 year anniversary! Come join us for classes, music, food/drink, and specialty spa services and sauna!
We will be hosting an array of yoga, meditation, Pilates, and strengthening classes throughout the day inside the studio as well as in front of our studio doors! We are located in the Undergound Shops at 1750 in front of The Landing and in between Subway and Pivot.
There will be food/drink to enjoy, live music with DJ, local vendors with merch to purchase, and access to 30 minute sessions for massage, Thai stretching, reiki, fascia blasting, Champi, sound healing and more!
We would love to have you come in by to enjoy in the festivities while also indulging in our invigorating and self care offerings we have for the Crystal City Community.
