Tired of being haunted by Halloween candy? Want to take a break from sugar before Thanksgiving? It's time for another 10-Day sugar challenge. We all need to take a little break from sugar every now and then. This is a great time to create some new habits and focus on nourishing foods. And what better way than to do it with others! Plus, it's always a good time to discover the exciting world of food outside sugary processed foods!

There are three different levels to participate at, and you can always create a custom one of your own with Michelle's guidance.

Here's what the challenge entails:

  • Kick off call with Michelle where you'll learn everything you need to know to have a successful challenge. (Sunday, November 5, 2017 at 9 a.m. PST . . . call will be recorded as well!)
