Ready for some spring cleaning? It's time for another 10-Day sugar challenge, folks! We all need to take a little break from sugar every now and then. This is a great time to create some new habits and focus on nourishing foods. And what better way than to do it with others! Plus, it's always a good time to discover the exciting world of food outside sugary processed foods!

No matter where you are in the journey, we'll support you at the level where you feel best. Whether the sound of this challenge is really scary (which for us, the first time someone talked about taking sugar out was an INSANE suggestion), or you've already been on this path for a while, this challenge is perfect for you!

There are three different levels to participate at, and you can always create a custom one of your own with Michelle and Tammy's guidance.

Here's what the challenge entails:

  • Kick off call with Michelle or Tammy. You get to learn everything you need to know to have a successful challenge. (Sunday, May 14: 9:00 a.m. and 5 p.m. . . . both calls will be recorded as well!)

  • Exclusive membership to the May Sugar Challenge Facebook page!

  • Informative take home material from Michelle and Tammy (ebook, video modules and so much more!)

  • Daily encouragement and tips on holistic health and delicious foods


Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Ages 16 and over welcome!
