About this event
*This theatrical spine tingling 60-75 minute walking tour of the dark side of St Petersburg is not to be missed. Your tour guide will regale you stories that stagger the imagination.
* if tickets not available on Eventbrite call (727) 212-7200 or just show up at the beginning of the tour location":661 Central Avenue St. Petersburg, FL 33701, to pay with cash or card., Venmo, Zelle.
*The Tour starts in front of or next to The Lure restaurant 881 Central Avenue St Petersburg, FL 33701.
* Some tincture stops : The Emerald Bar during the tour, The Galley, Club 201 on Central and 2nd, (the end of the tour) (Although we are not responsible for any malfeasance that occurs.)
*Tips are appreciated for the tour guides, vomit bags available upon request, . private tours for any occasion during non scheduled tour dates (typically Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
* Tour duration is 60-75 minutes
*Wear comfortable shoes, this is not a pub crawl so libations must be brought or quickly consumed at key stops. Or carted via your own cloaking system.
Since the tour starts at around 6th street, you may want to park between 2nd Street and 5th Street to avoid the walk back.
*Dress up is always encouraged, no Frankenstein costumes please... DNR's will be observed
* We encourage interaction with other attendees, there was apparently a chance meeting of a couple resulting in a marriage from this tour in 2020, some blame it on a Covid delirium that brought them together

Jack Kerouac, Icon of the Beat Generation, lived his last 3 years in St Petersburg and Died at St Anthony's Hospital, His apparition can be seen by the Emerald Bar, Mastry's and the alley behind the Williams Park hotel where he stayed after getting royalty checks and went on week long benders. HIs apparition can be evidenced by way of a slight waft of his cigar smoke in front of the Fireplace in the Lobby.
