NOVICE POLE TRAINING: No experience needed. This class is perfect for beginner pole dancers interested in learning climbs, spins and strength holds. This training will get you ready for all things pole and prepare you for our Level 1 Series.

REFRESHER POLE TRAINING: Do you have pole experience? If you already have multiple climbs & spins then this session is for you. This class is perfect for polers of all levels interested in in refreshing beginner climbs, novice spins and strength holds to level up their training. This training will prepare you for our Level 2 or Level 3 Series.
