#_Marketing: Proactive Marketing, Selling & Social Media For Startups
Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (PST)
San Francisco, CA
About This Clas
This workshop will focus on the mistakes that startups make in their marketing and especially in their selling. Due to the nature of startup funding pitches, startups are very comfortable hearing the phrase "maybe" from VCs and potential investors. In sales, "YES" and "NO" are great, but "MAYBE" is the kiss of death. In this workshop we'll learn 3 big things that have an immediate effect on your startup's sales and marketing wins.
- The three things that are causing your startup to have sales meetings that do not results in wins
- Which 50% of the sales meetings you should not even be having and how to avoid having them
- Exactly where your startup's meager marketing budget ($50k-100k) should be spent in 2013
NONE of this content is available in Adam's first or second book, or online.
This class is intended for startups and small businesses *under 50 employees* who have the following problems:
- Our prospective customers are not responding to our marketing.
- We're losing more than 40% of our sales deals.
- Our customers are not engaging with us in social media.
