Refund Requests

GET /refund_requests/:id/

Gets a refund-request for the specified refund request.

Parameters

Takes no parameters

Errors

No endpoint-specific errors

POST /refund_requests/:id/

Update a refund-request for a specific order. Each element in items is a refund-item

Parameters

Name Type Required Description
from_email string Yes The email of the person is making the request
from_name string Yes The name of the person is making the request
items objectlist Yes A list of items formatted as: [{“order_id”: “123”},...]
message string Yes The Message of the request
reason string Yes The reason of the request (Valid choices are: duplicate_order, event_cancelled, event_not_as_described, no_longer_able_to_attend, event_postponed, request_not_within_event_refund_policy, request_inaccurate, refunded_offline, or alternate_resolution_offered)

  • INVALID_ORDER_STATE

POST /refund_requests/

Errors

  • EXISTING_REFUND_REQUEST_FOR_ORDER: The order already has a refund request
  • INVALID_ORDER_STATE: The order status is not allowed to request a refund. It must be placed.
