Essex Sexual Health Service Outreach and Education team are part of Provide CIC who work with Essex Partnership University Trust, East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust, Healthy Living Partnership and SH:24 to form Essex Sexual Health Service.Essex Sexual Health ServiceEssex Sexual Health Service Outreach and Education team provide a young persons relationship and Sex Education service delivering both 1 - 1 and group work interventions with young people, RSE and training to professionals as well as a variety of HIV and Sexual Health Services to both adults and young people, including rapid HIV testing in community settings, health promotion and professionals training.For further information on our service please email: provide.eshsoutreachteam@nhs.net
