Eventbrite Welcomes Tutu Adenle as Vice President of Global Customer Operations

Eventbrite (NYSE: EB), a global self-service ticketing, marketing, and experience technology platform, today announced it has hired Tutu Adenle as Vice President of Global Customer Operations. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, Adenle will lead the operational teams responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes and resolutions to Eventbrite customers around the world. 

Adenle joins Eventbrite from Twitter, where she led the operations teams responsible for customer safety and accessibility, user verification, child safety, and content moderation. An expert in quality and process improvement, Adenle’s extensive and diverse work experience spans several industries, including financial services, biotech and social media. A physicist and electrical engineer by training, she has more than a decade of experience utilizing her deep analytical and process-driven approach to improve customer service processes and create lasting positive customer interactions.
