If there’s one thing you can count on in the events business, it’s that not everything will go according to plan. That’s why we wanted to do our part to help you avoid major issues and headaches when something small does go wrong.

We’ve updated our At The Door mobile box office app to give you access to your most recent orders. Maybe your wi-fi went down, or your printer ran out of paper, or the customer changed her mind and wants a receipt.

Now you can see the last successful transaction right on the Sell Tickets screen, and when you tap it, you’ll see all of your recent orders. From there, you can reprint tickets and receipts, or email receipts.

We’ve also made your data clearer by adding event headers in Quick Stats, grouping your ticket sales data by event.

And while we were making all these changes, we also did a full facelift. We sharpened some corners, added some textures, and made a few other tweaks to make sure the app looked as sharp as possible across all iPads, including the latest Retina displays. Voilà!

We hope you enjoy using the latest version of At The Door to sell your tickets, or anything else. It’s been exciting for us to see events make more money than ever by using At The Door to sell drink tokens, t-shirts, VIP upgrades, and more.  At The Door is only available on the iPad for our US event organizers, but we’re working on expanding it to more countries and all of our organizers!
