PayPal Refund Process:
TIP: When you process a partial or full refund through PayPal, your Eventbrite account will automatically update with the changes made.
Log in to your PayPal account and select the History sub-tab.
Find the order in your history report and click on the Details link located next to the order.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Issue Refund link.
Once you've processed the refund, the order will be marked as a Refunded/Canceled Order in your Eventbrite report and removed from your active Order Report. If you only sent a partial refund, the order will be listed in the active order report but will be marked as Partially Refunded.
