How to track RSVP responses:
Use the RSVP feature to track Yes, No, and Undecided responses from your invitees.
From the My Events list, select Invite next to your event.
At the top of the Create Invitation page, select the "Edit Message Details" link. By default, the RSVP responses option will be turned on.
When your invitees receive the invitation, they will see a link that says Can you attend this event? Respond Here
Note: Each recipient will receive an invitation to only their email address. They will not be able to view anyone else's email address.
On the event registration page, the invitee will be able to select from three RSVP options:
Yes, No, and Undecided.

From the Status of Invitations page, you can track the invitations sent, the replies received and orders placed.
