How to reuse a personalized link/URL
Did you set a personalized URL for an event that has now ended? Would you like to use that exact URL again for a new event, so that people who already have that URL will be able to seamlessly register for this new event? Here’s how!
Once you've created your new event, or copied a past event and updated the relevant details, save the new event as a draft by selecting the Save as Draft button on the Edit page of your event.
Locate your old event, which has the personalized link/URL that you'd like to use for your new event, by clicking My Events at the top of the page, then selecting the Completed tab. Once you have found your previous event, click the Edit link, under Quick Links, to the right of the event's title.

Scroll to the bottom of Step 3: Add Event Details to view the area to Personalize Your Link. Using your mouse, highlight and delete the text found in the Personalize Your Link box. Scroll back to the top of the page and click Save Changes. This will free up that personalized link/URL to use for your new event.

Note: Don't forget to jot down or copy the personalized link, so that you remember the exact link when you are ready to input it into the Personalize Your Link box on your new event's Edit page!
Hang in there, you're almost done! Let's apply that personalized link to your new event and then you'll be done! To do this, click My Events at the top of the page, then select the Edit link to the right of the title of your current event, under Quick Links. (If your new event is still in draft mode, click the Draft tab to view your event, then click on Edit as described above.)

Scroll to the bottom of Step 3: Edit Event Details to view the Personalize Your Link text box and enter the link that you deleted from your old event. Scroll to the top of the page and click Save Changes.
Voila! Your personalized that you used for your old event will now redirect new attendees to your new event page when they visit that link!
