How to resend the order confirmation email:
TIP: Use this feature to resend a copy of an order confirmation email to an attendee.

From the My Events page, click on the title of your event. Then, select View Order Report from the left hand features menu on the Manage event page.

Locate the order in the report. From the Quick Actions menu located in the order header, select Resend Confirmation Email.

On the next page, verify the recipient's email address or enter a new one. Click Send.
