Attendee Registration
How to refund an order or attendee:
From the My Events page, click on the title of your event. Then, select View Order Report from the left hand features menu on the Manage event page.

To refund a complete order:
Find the order you would like to refund.
Select Refund this Order from the Quick Actions menu located within the Order box.
Follow the instructions on the next screen to refund the payment through your PayPal or Google Checkout account.
Once you have completed the refund, the order and attendee reports for your event will be automatically updated. Your refunded attendees/orders will be viewable in the Refunded/Canceled orders list on the order report.
To refund just one attendee in an order that includes other attendees:
Find the order in which the attendee appears.
Select Refund this Attendee from the Quick Actions menu located next to the attendee's name.
Follow the instructions on the next screen to refund the payment through your PayPal or Google Checkout account. Once you have completed the refund, the order and attendee reports will be automatically updated. The order will be marked as Partially Refunded and will remain on the report.
