TIP: Use this feature to alter an order by editing the tickets ordered or amount paid.

Click on the title of your event, then select View Order Report from the left hand features menu on the Manage event page.

From the Order Report, select Edit Tickets/Amount from the Quick Actions menu located next to the specific ticket order.

Edit the ticket quantity and/or the amount paid for the order.

If you alter the amount paid online for an order and that differs from the PayPal or Google Checkout transaction record, please keep in mind that your records will not match.

If you would like to cancel an order and refund the amount paid, we suggest selecting Refund Order from the Quick Actions menu first and the refund sent through PayPal or Google Checkout will automatically update your Eventbrite records.
