Delete a saved credit card from your Eventbrite account

Deleting a saved credit card

Note

Note: At this time, you can only delete a saved credit card, not update it. In order to add another credit card to your account, simply use that additional card when buying your next tickets on Eventbrite.

After logging in to your Eventbrite account, select the Account tab located at the top right side of the page.

(You can go directly to https://www.eventbrite.com/creditcards and then skip ahead to step 3 below.)

Click Credit Cards on the menu on the left side.

Then click Delete next to the credit card that you wish to remove.


You'll receive a message asking, "Are you sure you want to delete this card?" Click OK to confirm that you'd like to delete the credit card.

That's it! You've successfully removed the credit card that was saved in your Eventbrite account.

Tip

Tip: This handy feature is designed to make it even easier for returning users to purchase tickets for events on Eventbrite.

If you'd like to keep the system from saving your credit card information, you'll want to make sure to uncheck the box that reads Save billing and payment info for easy ordering when you're registering for an event.
