Collecting Attendee Info
How to create ticket type specific questions:
Click the title of your event. From the Manage event page, select Collect Registration Info from the left hand feature menu.

CREATE YOUR OWN SURVEY QUESTIONS:
Choose one of these options:
1. Collect information below for the ticket buyer only
OR
2. Collect information below for each attendee
Click ADD A QUESTION
Enter the question in the text field. You can choose from a variety of answer formats: small text field, large text field or multiple choice (drop down, check box, or radio button).
Select Show this question for specific ticket types to select which ticket types you would like the question to apply. This question will only display for the ticket types you select.
Select the SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom of the page and your settings will be saved.
