Collecting Attendee Info
How to collect information from each attendee:
From the Manage your Event page, choose Collect Registration Info from the left hand navigation menu.

Select the setting Collect information below for each attendee and indicate for which ticket types you would like to collect this information.
Choose or create the questions you would like to ask each attendee during the registration process. Learn More
Note: Your survey questions will appear once for each attendee in the order (i.e. if 3 tickets are purchased, then 3 sets of survey questions will appear on the checkout page). All survey answers are recorded separately for each attendee in the Attendee Report.
