You can create your event in few steps
Enter the ticket type title, the ticket price, the quantity available of the ticket type and the end sales date & time. You can also choose some optional features:
- Indicate that the Premium service fee be added on to the ticket price or included in the ticket price
- Create a donation ticket type
- Indicate a minimum or maximum quantity per order
- Enter a ticket type description (e.g. "General Admission includes main event and lunch")
- Indicate if you want your ticket type to go on sale automatically on a certain date
Enter the event description which will be displayed in the Event Details section of your registration page.
Specify the date, and time . If you are having an event that repeats itself,
you can choose a repeating pattern of daily, weekly, monthly, annually, etc. You can
also choose to hide the event start date & time or the event end date & time
on the event page.
Sepcify the event location. Address, Postal Code, City, Region and Country.
Display a Google MAP and Check your Address with "preview" Button
Describe your organization and include contact information, if desired. You can choose to include your organization name and/or description on the event registration page.
- Indicate if you want us to publish your event in the Eventbrite public directory, in search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, Zvents local search network and on event indexing sites such as Eventful, Oodle, & Googlebase.
- Classify and tag your event to better index your event page.
- Password protect your event if you only want those with the password to access your event page.
- Create a personalized URL for your event to help attendees find your event page.
You can offer a variety of payment methods to your attendees:
- PayPal - with a Business or Premier PayPal account, you can collect online payments via credit card, e-check, or PayPal (the attendee is NOT required to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card).
- Google Checkout - with a Google Checkout Merchant account, you can collect online credit card payments. Google is waiving their transaction fees through the end of 2007!
- Offline Payment Methods - offer your attendees the ability to indicate that they will pay by check, pay at the door, or that they would like to receive an invoice for payment.
Choose a color palette for your event page. You can also upload an event logo that will be displayed on the event page. After you are finished customizing, you can select Save (finish later) or Publish (your event page will be live).
Congratulations! You can now get the word out about your event. When attendees use your event page, they'll be able to easily and quickly sign up & pay for your event!
