The Rotary Club of Wall Street NY is a member club of Rotary International.

Rotary is an organization of business and professional leaders united worldwide who provide humanitarian service and help to build goodwill and peace in the world. There are approximately 1.2 million Rotarians who are members of more than 30,000 Rotary clubs in 163 countries. The marquis project for Rotary International is the END Polio Now campaign.  In partnership with the Bill Gates Foundation and the World Health Organization, we work to provide poliovirus vaccine to countries where it is not readily available.

Our club is committed to service in the NYC and international communities.  Projects include monthly collections & food van distribution with Coalition for the Homeless, a team for NY Cares Hands on NY Day, kitchen volunteering at Bowery Mission and fundraisers for Gift of Life, Ronald McDonald House NYC, ShelterBox USA.

We also host an annual documentary film screening to benefit charity organizations.  Previous film screenings include:

-Water First, a portrayal of the need for clean drinking water in Malawi.

-Guy Jacobson’s film REDLIGHT, an inspiring and powerful feature documentary about child sexploitation.

-Susan Rockefeller’s Striking a Chord, a story that shows us the story of soldiers facing repeat deployments and the benefits of music therapy in recovery for PTSD.
