POPAsheville is organized by a committee of music-minded individuals taking up space no larger than Stephanie Morgan (the Director)'s living room.  This group comes together to plan and produce this annual event, and does not exist as an organization outside of this pursuit.

Stephanie is the lead singer for Asheville-based noir-pop band stephaniesĭd (www.stephaniesid.com).
