Madison’s Browne Fellowship is on a mission to redefine diversity and establish a new culture that unites creative communities. We believe diversity is bigger than color and creed. This movement is a community-driven effort that finds innovative ways to engage, connect and inspire.

We host monthly gatherings with the purpose of empowering ALL individuals in the advertising, media and design industries. Our community-driven events bring members together to build new relationships, create new business, support young professionals, highlight industry leaders, and provide a space for learning outside of the classroom or office. 

The Fellowship launched publicly on February 9, 2011 with support from Deutsch Inc., A Lowe & Partners Company. Since our launch, Madison's Browne Fellowship has hosted events at many of New York’s well-respected advertising agencies and social venues, with plans to expand to other cities in the near future.
