At SA Youth, it’s about the kids and helping them fulfill their dreams. SA Youth's drop-out prevention and recovery programs keep youth focused on getting an education and preparing for the world of work. SA Youth is a 26-year old community organization that keeps low-income children from across our city in school and helps young adults who have previously quit school gain a second chance for success through high-school credit recovery and workforce training. We support youth in highly distressed neighborhoods achieve life success through hard work, determination and opportunities to excel.

SA Youth runs nine community learning centers that prevent kids from dropping out of school and one academic recovery center at 1700 Tampico Street in cooperation with SAISD for high school dropouts seeking a second chance in life.
