Vision Dance was created by three dancers who were inspired to create an environment where the dance community comes together to benefit others while celebrating their love of dance. Vision Dance challenges the dancers to remember that every movement comes directly from your heart. Dance is an art form that is loved by many. When someone dances, they express their inner self and the emotions that are within. One's honesty and truth are expressed when they dance, as it is their time to let out all that they may not be able to express verbally. Dance has been known as a form of therapy to heal someone in pain, or help through the healing process of an injury. We may feel happiness knowing that someone has overcome a disease, sadness in knowing that another has been diagnosed, and the pain when someone passes away. Together we can find comfort and healing through our love of dance while benefiting those we love and care for.
