"Convergence of Global Innovators" is a conference series that UCSB is embarking upon to connect visionaries, researchers and educators dedicated to building high-impact enterprises and solving the critical global issues we face today.
The first of this series will be a technical discussion between UC Santa Barbara's and Taiwan's leading academic and industry researchers on "Polymers as Nanomaterials". It will be held on January 16-17 in Taipei and Hsinchu.
"全球科技拓展"座談會為加州大學聖塔芭芭拉分校以銜接橋樑的角色，針對具影響力的各大企業，富於遠見的領導人，尖端科技研究人員和高等教育工作者，所作為所舉辦的一系列座談會，共同帶領探討現今全球重大議題。
第一階段的座談會為加州大學聖塔芭芭拉分校以及台灣各領導企業及研究機構針對”高分子合成”技術方面的探討。
此座談會將於一月十六和十七號在國立台灣大學舉行。

第二天：新竹-國立清華大學及工研院
