Tampa Bay Information Network (TBIN)
The Tampa Bay Information Network (TBIN) is the Homeless Management Information Network (HMIS) in Pinellas County, FL. All training are only open to TBIN Member Agencies. Any user can attand any training at any time as long as training pre-requisites are met. Training pre-requisites are outlined in the latest version of the TBIn Policies and Procedures.
