Green Light New York is an independent non-profit whose mission is to promote energy efficiency and effective, high quality lighting in the built environment.  We deliver training and education, guide research, advocate for effective policy, and are developing a physical resource center for instruction and innovation in New York City.  The center will be a venue for learning best practices and processes, and a place for visitors to view exhibits and displays, experience new technology, receive design assistance, and test ideas through mock-ups and models.  Green Light New York: a critically important forum for progressive discourse.
