The material for our products and services comes from our experiences with and research from:  The American Society for Quality, The Center for Effective Leadership, Birkman, Lominger Limited, The Strozzi Institute, Harvard and Georgetown Universities.  We also recognize our lineage and writings from:  Deming & Juran, Zenger & Folkman, Kegan & Lahey, Kaplan & Norton, Noel Tichy, Jerald Jellison, Marcus Buckingham, Daniel Goldman, Michael Posner, Hitoshi Kume, Ken Wilbur, Suzanne Cooke-Greuter and Richard Strozzi Heckler.  It is impossible to name all the people who had influence on our product line, but we do want to pay respect to those who came before us.
