Intense Intestines Foundation

At The Intense Intestines Foundation we are commited to helping and connecting those with Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis, One Adventure at a Time.

Currently there are more than 1.4 million people living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) in the United States. Our goal is to raise awareness and empower Crohn's and colitis patients to live active, fullfilling lives.

Brian Greenberg, the founder of I.I.F., was diagnosed with Crohn's at age 11. Thoughout his ongoing battle he remains dedicated to overcoming the often debilitating obstacles in his path. Whether reaching higher education, or reaching mountain tops, the challenges Brian faces because of his condtion are trying to say the least. Now he wants to help and connect others with these conditions to assist them in overcoming Inflammtory Bowel Diseases.

Intense Intestines will host events in 2012 inlcuding hiking, climbing, skiing, kayaking and other adventures, with necessary amenties provided, for IBD patients and their friends and family. During these adventures, they will meet, bond and share their stories with others, while partaking in healthy, safe and exciting activities.
