West Liberty Economic Area Development or We Lead is a non-profit organization focused on the economic growth of West Liberty through the growth of tax base, workforce skills, entreprenuerial and business development and improving the overall quality of life.  The core four prioirities of We Lead are business development, leadership development, workforce development, and organizaitonal development.
