Dwight Clark, CHMM,  has 25 years of experience that includes Permitting, Auditing, and compliance program development, as well as site assessment and remediation. His professional experiences range from start-up operations at a recycling facility, development and execution of corporate-wide multi-media auditing programs, environmental management systems, and environmental risk/liability assessment programs, to preparing permit applications and Right-to-Know (RTK) reports, to the development of contingency/emergency response plans such as Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC), Storm Water Pollution Prevention (SWPP), and RCRA Contingency Plans. His specific training experience includes providing training to numerous clients in many environmental business sectors. He has attended train-the-trainer classes through the USEPA US Army Chemical Demilitarization program, National Environmental Health and Safety Training Association, and US Navy Nuclear Program. He has been certified as a Certified Environmental Trainer with specialties in Occupation Health and Safety Training and Hazardous Waste Management and a Navy Master Training Specialist. He is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management (IHMM), accredited by the Council of Engineering and Technical Specialty Boards. He has been a trainer for several EPA programs, fortune 500 firms, and several municipalities.
