Mark E. Berger
Mark E. Berger, CPC, AIRS CIR, has been in recruiting and staffing since 1979. And via his Swat Recruiting organization (http:swatrecruting.com), has been helping individuals and companies in the recruiting industry make better use of the Internet almost since there was such a thing. He is well versed in the best practices and proper techniques necessary to design and implement successful sourcing and social media strategies that are used for branding, marketing, recruiting, and enhanced communication.
