About Mark Fisher:
Hi there! I'
m a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in making clients healthy and hot. I have specialty certifications in Corrective Exercise Strategies (NASM) and in the Functional Movement Screen. I've worked with clients from all walks of life pursuing all sorts of fitness goals, while specializing in beginners and professional dancers. My philosophy of training and nutrition is based on the Albert Einstein dictum, "Make everything as simple as possible, but not any simpler."
