Learning Styles

While we use adult training/learning methods, we also recognize that people do not all learn in the same ways. Thus, we use a learning-centered method of training/teaching. At Windrose Training and Coaching, all of our workshop instructors/ facilitators make every effort to engage each attendee in their learning and to incorporate the three primary learning styles in our workshops and clinics:

Visual learners learn through seeing;

Auditory learners learn through listening; 

Tactile/Kinesthetic Learners learn through , moving, doing and touching.
