Normative Design

Normative Design is a strategy and interaction design firm that uses design to help organizations create great experiences for the networked world, including web, mobile and physical environments.  We provide world-class services in human centered design, design strategy and digital product development.  Our multi-disciplinary design team has helped companies in wide range of industries including banking, real estate, emerging technology and healthcare.

Strategic Innovation Lab

Strategic Innovation Lab (sLab) is a centre for research and innovation affiliated with the Faculty of Design at the Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD) sLab operates on a model that integrates academic research, professional services, curriculum and skills development for stakeholders in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
