Waypoint has a proven track record for high quality vocational training that promotes excellence in working with a range of vulnerable groups, including drug and alcohol users. We are particularly skilled at working with and training others to work with disengaged or hard to reach groups and strive to create inclusive learning contexts. Our approach to training is participative and builds on learners' understanding and skills. We are committed to promoting equality, diversity and rights in all our work.

Our professionally qualified and experienced trainers have backgrounds in the social care  and education sectors, including drugs and alcohol work, counselling, nursing, housing services and criminal justice as well as further and higher education. Our commitment to continuous improvement drives us to learn from the diverse range of organisations we work with. We always share this good practice in our training for the benefit of our customers and their service users.
