After becoming a Startup CEO in 2006 I was faced with many challenges, the biggest one being the development and execution of a sales plan along with building a sales team to drive business growth in a competitive and ever changing industry. 

I have learned the hard way by "doing", making many mistakes, developing a passion for sales, the science behind successful sales team and by immersing myself in the pursuit sales excellence.

I work with Startups and SME's so that they can benefit from my experience and harness the proven techniques I have used to drive sales growth.
