About the UC Santa Cruz Arboretum
The gardens display hundreds of rare and inspiring plants primarily from the world's Mediterranean climate regions: Australia, California, Chile, and South Africa. The arboretum also has a New Zealand garden and a unique collection of succulents. Through-out the years, these gardens have provided 100's of students and volunteers with educational activities, work-study, internships and research opportunities to advance the conservation of the world's bio-diversity.
Organized by Stephanie Nielsen and Sherry Wasserman Arboretum Board Members.
