Tristan Covello

A San Francisco native, Tristan Covello has been working in the Bay Area food scene over the past five years.  He can be found selling fresh vegetables at Dirty Girl Produce, cooking brunch at NOPA restaurant, and has worked with such respected members of the San Francisco food industry as Amaryll Schwertner of Boulette's Larder, Samin Nosrat of ciaosamin.com, and Laurence Jossel of NOPA(lito) restaurants.
