Dwayne and Danielle Cooper, Hampton University graduates of '88 and '93, transformed their Victorian home, built in 1885 by Hampton University Students; located on Settlers Landing Road into the "Pirates Landing" - a haven for fellow Pirates and kindred spirits.

More than a physical space, it's a vibrant community hub where bonds form and memories are made; a welcoming sanctuary embracing friends, alumni, and travelers nationwide.
