The Joyful Child Foundation

The Joyful Child Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of crimes against children through programs that unite and uplift communities.  Founded in 2002 after the abduction and murder of five-year-old, Samantha Runnion, The Joyful Child developes and promotes prevention education for adults as well as children and youth of all ages.
