The International Culinary Center

idway between the vineyards of Napa Valley and the fresh-caught seafood of Monterey Bay, and less than an hour's drive from San Francisco, is Campbell, California, The International Culinary Center's new West Coast home in the heart of Silicon Valley. At the heart of our California campus are three core programs—Classic Culinary Arts, Classic Pastry Arts, and Intensive Sommelier Training—all designed to prepare students for real-world careers in the world of food and wine. A range of culinary and baking classes are also on offer for serious amateur and recreational cooks who want to take their abilities to new heights. At The International Culinary Center in California, courses are taught by a team of veteran industry chefs and Master Sommeliers, who are all experts in their field and completely invested in the success of our students. With small class sizes and big emphasis on hands-on practice, our programs give students a rigorous, comprehensive education in the skills and techniques they need to succeed in the industry. Though they spend most of their time getting hands-on in the kitchens, extra-curricular activities, including cooking demonstrations with visiting chefs and student club outings, lend new perspective to the lessons taught in class. And outside the doors of the school, students will find themselves surrounded by an exciting and ever-evolving culinary scene, from the iconic vineyards of the Napa Valley to the Bay Area’s Michelin-star restaurants. Each bite, taste, and sip will add another layer to a student’s culinary education.
