Starting from a young age, I was exposed to yoga, meditation, Hindu philosophy and the healing arts. My teenage years ignited my passion for Ashtanga yoga. Numerous teachers have guided me and encouraged my practice to make it what it is today - an epic journey of continuous growth.
Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Pranayama, Mantra and Yoga Nidra inspire my classes. I like to challenge my students, whether it is through the physical postures or the silence in meditation. My students can expect an inner exploration of self to bring out the best in their yoga practice. We have to learn to love and live with ourselves before we can find peace in other aspects of our life. I encourage you to empower your body, energize your life, soften into the happiness on your mat, and carry it with you wherever you go.
