The San Diego Crew Classic is the premiere spring rowing regatta and is highly regarded among rowers and the community alike.

San Diego Crew Classic has stood for fair play and healthy competition. From our humble beginnings in 1973, where we brought a few crews together to race in our backyard, to the current day, with over 4,000 competitors, the Crew Classic has evolved into the largest west-coast regatta and a premier cause-driven event.

This isn't just an athletic event with competitors at the peak of physical fitness, but a social gathering for enthusiasts to enjoy great local food, our beer garden with San Diego's famous local craft breweries, and shopping along our vendor and alumni rows, all while soaking in the sun and sea along Mission Bay.
