Rotary Club of Valrico

The Rotary motto “Service Above Self” conveys the humanitarian spirit of the organization’s more than 1.2 million members. Strong fellowship among Rotarians and meaningful community and international service projects characterize Rotary worldwide.

The Rotary Club of Valrico is the newest Rotary club in the Greater Brandon area! We chartered May 16, 2012.  We have two main fundraisers each year along with several smaller service projects that you can learn more about on our webpage or facebook.  The two events we host are listed below...

Operation Gunsmoke which is a sporting clay tournament to benefit military charites.  To date we have donated a little over $20,000 between Special operations Warrior Foundation and The Haley House Fund.

Pig-A-Palooza which is a BBQ fundraiser to benefit local charites in Brandon.  Bill Carey Boys and Girls Club, A Kids Place, Faces of Courage, Rotary Camp Florida, and Life Care of Brandon.  To date we have raised a little over $12,000.

Meeting place is the Bell Shoals Beef O’ Brady’s on Thurday evenings at 6:30 PM.
