Penn Admissions

As you plan your visit, here are some things to keep in mind:

  • We reserve the right to close registration for any event at any time.

  • Check-in occurs in the Office of Admissions, located in the ground floor of College Hall.

  • Please allow yourself time to find parking, and find your way to College Hall.

  • We ask that you please make every effort to arrive prior to the start of the Information Session to avoid unnecessary interruption.

  • Tours take place rain or shine; however, we may cancel a tour should weather conditions dictate otherwise.

  • Information sessions are led by an admissions officer and last approximately one hour.

  • Campus tours are led by current Penn students and last approximately one hour and 15 minutes.

  • Undergraduate School Visit Opportunities: Check out their individual schedules and offerings.

  • Come prepared for our walking tour (i.e. comfortable shoes, water, umbrella, etc.).

  • Keep in mind that we experience large crowds during popular times of year, such as school vacations, holidays, and during the summer months.

  • Groups larger than 20 people must register using our Group Tour Form.

  • Due to the geographic and socio-economic diversity of our prospective students, we do not expect students to visit campus (though we'd love for you to do so!), nor do we track visits to campus.

  • Due to the large number of prospective students who visit campus, we are not able to schedule appointments with regional admissions officers.
