Networking Bendigo

About the organisations:

Haven; Home, Safe has been providing services to the homeless and disadvantaged for more than two decades across the Loddon and Mallee regions of the state. They are a not-for-profit company, but they like to say a For Purpose organisation, limited by guarantee and hold public benevolent institution status. In 2005, they became Victoria's first registered Affordable Housing Association, creating new housing options for those in our community seeking affordable housing alternatives. Operationally, Haven; Home, Safe provides an integrated continuum of housing services and support programs. As is the nature of such programs, a collaborative approach to service delivery is essential and Haven; Home, Safe's strong links to service providers, their customer base, and investors has laid foundation to a great deal of respect and recognition within the sector and ensured their services reach a wide and diverse range of people in need.

Rotary Club of Kangaroo Flat was established in May 1983, chartered by the Rotary Club of Bendigo South. The Club is vibrant and enthusiastic with a commitment to community, national and international projects. Their major fundraising events include the Australia Day and Easter Hole in One competitions, Bendigo's Big Book of Bargains, Motor Bike Rides and Bendigo Swap Meet. They support the Autism Walk and Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides event. Minor events include BBQs, Movie nights and Trivia nights. The Rotary Function Centre and carpark also raise funds for Rotary through hire.

Networking Bendigo was formed to provide a low cost alternative for Bendigo business people who are passionate about growing their business. Their objective is to provide you with an opportunity to engage and network with other Bendigo business people with a view to develop new and exciting business relationships within the local business community.
